Here’s What I Think

Here’s what I think:
The sun heals
You look better now
You caught my eye even then
Black and white is clearer
Some people don’t deserve to be here
And they won’t be
Youth has a purpose
I don’t know for what
.238 and a slick glove is good
A picture window is worth more than a picture
I miss many things
Now is not the time
Grey is a color
Iris is angelic
Not so perfect is fine
I don’t want to hear it played in tune
That turned up nose is a turn on
Most things will be here tomorrow
Most things
I do give up
Something is wrong and you don’t know it
A touch of grey is not just a song
Let her go
A basement is a new world
So is an attic
Barns will get torn down
A little touch up will ruin it
Old dust has a certain smell
An overbite is attractive
Wisdom is sold through lines
Say your peace and get out
You can’t get away with it
Oil leaks are a part of life
Time spent together
It never goes away
It never goes away
He looks like him
Is it possible?
Unplug all this
We’ll make due
Most of everything is trash
It’s awful
There’re on a fast road to nowhere
And that’s just fine if you really think about it
The best stuff comes from hard times
And hard times come
Often
It probably ain’t worth talking about
It can’t be stopped
We rule kingdoms without domains
Except the space between here and there
I keep coming back to that black an’ white thing
Faded jeans can do all the speakin’ ya gotta do
Better get a good look now, they’ll all be gone
Soon
And they won’t be back
I cry more often now
More times than not
Nevermore, nevermore
Everyone suffered
Hate covers most of what’s going on
It’ll be nice to see them again
Your best bet might be to take highway 99
Larger than life and life is surreal
It’s a round wheel
Elvis wasn’t that old
As was most of the good ones I knew
And think
And drive
And see
And reach for
Talk to
Think about
Long for
Feel for
And what is left
Carries
On
And
On
And
on
